Why Seasoned Hardwood Burns Better
Green wood wastes heat boiling off water, smokes heavily and coats your chimney with creosote. Our mixed hardwood is seasoned until it's dry and split to a size that lights easily and fits standard fireplaces, wood stoves and fire pits. Hardwood burns hotter and longer than pine, so you load the stove less often on cold mountain nights.

720-772-8253Firewood FAQ
Is your firewood seasoned?
Yes. All of our firewood is mixed hardwood that is fully seasoned and split, ready to burn in a fireplace, wood stove or fire pit.
How much does firewood delivery cost?
Our listed prices are for pickup. Delivery is priced by distance — tell us your address and we'll quote it before we load the truck. We deliver across the Denver metro and up into the foothills and mountain towns.
Do you deliver firewood to Evergreen, Black Hawk and other mountain towns?
Yes. We regularly deliver to Evergreen, Black Hawk, Central City, Idaho Springs, Conifer, Golden, Morrison and surrounding foothills communities.
Do you stack the firewood?
Your choice: drop and go, where we unload in your driveway, or stacking, where we neatly stack it where you want it.
What's the difference between a face cord and a full cord?
A full cord is 4 ft × 4 ft × 8 ft (128 cubic feet). A face cord is a single row 4 ft high by 8 ft long at one log length (about 16 inches), roughly one third of a full cord.
Is firewood available year-round?
Yes, we sell firewood all year. Ordering ahead of fall is the easiest way to be stocked before the first cold snap.
